Patient Satisfaction Survey
We believe in developing a good relationship with our patients and providing an exceptional level of patient care. We regularly ask for patient feedback to ensure that we provide the best possible service.
Our annual survey results are in and we are delighted! 95% of all patients surveyed say they would recommend us to their friends and family! Here are some of our many positive comments from our patients about the service we provide here at University Dental Centre:

Your feedback is incredibly important to us as it helps us to understand what our patients like about our service and where we can improve.
Thank you to all our patients that took part in this years annual patient satisfaction survey.
Overall patients felt reassured by their dentist, found staff pleasant, found reminders and recalls helpful, were treated with dignity and respect and 100% found the cleanliness of the practice good. Patients had their enquiries dealt with efficiently and 97% would recommend us to their Family & Friends!
We are so pleased with the results!
National Smile Month 16 May and 16 June 2022
Here is a key message from staff promoting National Smile Month at University Dental Centre in Reading:
Brush your teeth using a fluoride toothpaste last thing at night and on at least one other occasion during the day. Cut down on how often you consume sugary foods and drinks. Smile its contagious!

We are so pleased that the overall patient experience shows that patients are 100% satisfied and your written comments about our service are so wonderful to hear.
Patients results show that patients feel safe and Covid-19 secure using our service. We believe this is due to the number of measures in place during the pandemic to keep everyone safe.

Here at University Dental Centre our patients undergo oral cancer screening as part of their dental examination. Your dentist will inspect not just your teeth but your entire mouth, tongue and cheeks, making visiting your dentist regularly vital to help early detection.
